Meditation has been shown to be an effective tool in reducing pain by promoting relaxation and mindfulness. This is because it helps to shift the focus away from the pain and towards a sense of calm, leading to a reduction in stress and anxiety. Reiki is another important tool in living a pain free life – a simple, natural and safe method of enhancing the state of mind, body and spirit.
My work is composed of the Circle of Life – from the time of conception to the time we transition back home and everything in between. I consider the needs of each being, as a whole, working with them mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually to restore mind, body and soul.
