CANCELLATION POLICY

Thanks for booking in for our March Time For You Retreat.

We’re so excited you can join us we’re really looking forward to it.

We’re aware that from time to time plans need to change and things pop up, so we’ve put this cancellation policy together for your information.

  1. Cancellations must be received in writing (via email or post) in advance of the event. The following cancellations charges apply:

  • 6+ weeks notice: – Full Refund

  • 5-6 weeks notice: – 60% Refund

  • 4-5 weeks notice: – 40% Refund

  • 0-4 weeks notice: – No Refund

  • Failure to attend: – No Refund


Amendments/Cancellation by Nurturing Harmony 

  1. Amendments: Nurturing Harmony reserves the right to modify the programme up to the day of the event. At Nurturing Harmony we strive to bring to you the best experience possible. This means that at times it may be necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances, to alter the programme, itinerary or venue. Regrettably, this means no refunds or credit-notes can be issued in line with the cancellation policy. 

  2. Cancellation: If unforeseen circumstances cause Nurturing Harmony to cancel an event, all attendees will be informed as soon as possible and a full deposit/registration fee refund will be made.

  3. Cancellation: If, for any reason, Nurturing Harmony has to cancel an event, Nurturing Harmony accepts no responsibility for covering travel, or other costs incurred by attendees.


Payment

  1. Payment must be received, in full, prior to the event.
    If the booking is made 31+ days or more from the event, full and cleared payment can be made upon invoice and arrangements therein.
    If booking is made 30 days or less from the event, full and cleared payment is due immediately. 

  2. If full and cleared payment has not been received 14 days prior to the event you will be asked to make payment in full or forfeit your reservation at the retreat (access to the event may be refused at Nurturing Harmony’s discretion). 

  3. You will receive a confirmation via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment confirming your registration. 


COVID-19 Policy:

Given the unprecedented circumstances we face due to COVID-19, If the Retreat is interrupted or needs to be cancelled/postponed due to government restrictions, the situation will be accessed at the time.

You may be eligible for a credit, minus any deductions for expenses incurred by Nurturing Harmony, and subject to the COVID-19 Policy of the Accommodation Venue and other itinerary venues.
