Mindfulness Meditation Teacher; Reiki Master; Life Coach.

My goal is to assist people to move from the moment they are in and in overcoming trauma, pain, stress, and those ‘life challenges’, to live a more harmonious and abundant life.

Being fully present, and shifting the way we think about the challenges we face daily, we are able release pain, trauma, stress and assist our body to move more freely and connect to who we are at a deeper level. This brings a level of freedom, release, joy and a sense of well being which can allow us to live fully the lives we choose.

My approach is intuitive, connected and responsive, encouraging my clients to love who they are, embrace the joy of living and do the things they love to do.

With decades of experience, I will use whichever of my many qualifications and disciplines that offer my clients the best possible outcome.

A little about me:

I make time every day to do something I love other than work. I meditate daily, first thing in the morning around 5am when everything is still; the birds are waking up to greet the day.
I practice Qigong, I love gardening and I love to walk, especially by the ocean. My husband Rob and I enjoy camping, fishing and being in the great outdoors. I also love spending time with our family and two beautiful fur babies who are a big part of our lives. Time together for all of us is important.
