Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable due to accommodation and venue commitments.

Cancellation by Guest

• More than 60 days before retreat: payments transferable to another person
• 30–60 days before retreat: 50% of remaining balance refundable
• Less than 30 days before retreat: non-refundable unless your place is filled

Cancellation by Organiser

If the retreat is cancelled by the organiser, all payments made will be refunded in full.
